Now you can help choose which eligible animal rescue organizations will receive special funds to help animals! Participating is simple. You can cast one vote every day for your favorite rescue. Eligible organizations with the most votes could receive one of the grants below!

Grand Prize:  One $25,000 grant!

Runner Up:  One $10,000 grant!

State Winners*:  Fifty-four $1,000 state grants

Weekly Winners**:  Eleven $1,000 weekly grants

"Husky" is a friendly young adult male Husky mix brought to the shelter as a stray from the north Longview area. He is currently in foster care with a shelter staff member who fell in love with his warm brown eyes and sweet personality. She reports he is housetrained, loves children, and plays well with their other pets. Husky walks nicely on a leash but sometimes forgets he's too big to be a lap dog! "Fuzzy" has a playful, friendly personality and loves to investigate new people and places. At only 6 months of age, this male Domestic Medium hair cat has the inquisitive nature of a youngster, but is old enough to enjoy the benefits of sitting quietly and letting someone run massaging fingers through his soft coat. He is already neutered and has had his front claws removed.
