The facilities may not be leased of July 4th weekend or the designated evening of the Independence Day Fireworks Show.

 

The building will be leased to leaseholders and their privilege card holders only.  

It will be available from Friday at 5:00 pm thru Sunday at 12:00 pm.  The key to the building must be picked up before 5:00 pm on Friday and returned to the office before 10:00 am on the following Monday.  There are 15 utility tables and 100 burgundy colored chairs that are available for rental from CWC for a fee.  All damage done to furniture is the responsibility of the person leasing the center.

The Security Deposit will be refunded within ten (10) working days if there is no damage to the building and its contents inside or outside the building and surrounding grounds.

RULES  

    1.   ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING.

  1. Do not attach anything to the walls or ceiling with tacks, staples or nails.  You may only use tape that will not damage paint, finishes, or wallpaper when covered.  Do not stand on chairs or tables.  Bring ladders to use for decorating
  2. Absolutely no music after 11:00 PM. 
  3. The key to the building will be returned the next business day.  At that time you and a CWC representative will inspect the building.  If nothing has been damaged, the security deposit will be returned to you. 
  4. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the building.
  5. If alcohol is going to be consumed, a licensed Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer will be hired at the lessee's expense. 
  6. The CWC will not be involved in the moving of furniture in the leases spaces.  Anything that is moved out or aside in a room must be returned back the way it was.
  7. Prior to leaving the building, all trash, food, bottles, cans, paper, and debris shall be bagged and removed and placed in the dumpster in the parking lot. The building shall be cleaned and vacated by 12:00 pm on Sunday. 
  8. All visitors to the lake and the facilities of the lake are subject to all rules and regulations of the CWC.
  9. All damages that may occur will be the sole responsibility of the Leaseholder sponsor of the event.

INDEMNITY PROVISION

 

 

For the same consideration, the undersigned does by these presents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cherokee Water Company, its Officers, Directors, Agents, Attorneys and Employees from all claim, demands and/or causes of action of every nature and description which may be asserted against them, or any of them, incident to and by virtue of this event, which indemnify shall include the obligation to pay reasonable attorney's fees, court costs and all expenses.
